Using Yuzor
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. If you use Yuzor for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.
You are responsible for your account, credentials, prompts, uploads, generated outputs, saved media, and all activity under your account.
Yuzor may change, suspend, or discontinue features, model availability, credit pricing, or limits when needed for reliability, safety, legal compliance, or provider changes.
Credits, billing, and subscriptions
Yuzor uses credits for image and video generation. Free daily credits, purchased credits, and subscription credits may have different rules, limits, expiration behavior, and supported models.
Paid purchases are processed by Stripe. You authorize applicable charges, taxes, recurring subscription fees, and usage of credits according to the pricing shown at checkout or in the product.
Failed generation jobs may automatically return reserved credits. Other refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.
Content and acceptable use
You keep ownership of content you submit or generate to the extent permitted by law and third-party model terms. You grant Yuzor the rights needed to host, process, display, store, transform, transmit, and deliver that content for the service.
Curated prompt examples, source attribution, engagement metrics, model labels, and preview media may come from public or third-party sources. Do not remove attribution or use Yuzor to misrepresent authorship.
You may not use Yuzor to infringe rights, harass people, generate unlawful content, upload malware, bypass safety systems, scrape or overload the service, reverse engineer restricted systems, or violate model provider policies.
Disclaimers and liability
Yuzor is provided as is and as available. AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, offensive, or subject to third-party rights and platform rules.
You are responsible for reviewing prompts and generated outputs before publishing, selling, or relying on them.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Yuzor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, model downtime, provider failures, or content decisions.
