Automatic credit returns

If a generation job fails before completion, Yuzor attempts to return the reserved credits to the account balance automatically.

Automatic credit returns apply to job failures inside Yuzor. They do not guarantee cash refunds for completed jobs, provider delays, prompt dissatisfaction, or subjective output quality.

Paid credits and subscriptions

Purchased credits and subscription fees are generally final once credits are used or a billing period has started.

We may review duplicate charges, accidental purchases, billing errors, or unused paid credit purchases if you contact us within 14 days of the charge.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible and may take additional time to appear depending on the payment network.

Non-refundable situations

We generally do not refund consumed credits, completed generation jobs, dissatisfaction with creative results, account violations, suspended accounts, promotional credits, or expired free daily credits.

Yuzor may deny refund requests that appear abusive, fraudulent, repetitive, or inconsistent with payment processor rules.

How to request help

Email support with your account email, payment date, Stripe receipt or invoice ID if available, the job ID if relevant, and a short explanation of the issue.

We may ask for additional information to verify the account, payment, or job status before making a decision.
