Submitting a takedown notice

Send notices to support with a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

Identify the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed and identify the material on Yuzor that you want removed, including URLs or enough detail for us to locate it.

Include your name, organization if applicable, mailing address, phone number, email address, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.

Include a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

After we receive a notice

We may remove or disable access to the identified material, notify the affected user, request more information, or reject incomplete notices.

We may terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights or abuse the service.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed because of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was mistaken or misidentified, you may send a counter-notice to support.

A counter-notice should include your signature, the removed material and its prior location, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction required by the DMCA.
