গোপনীয়তা নীতি

Information we collect

We collect account information such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, language preference, and session data.

We collect prompts, reference images, generated images and videos, saved media, favorites, likes, and other content you submit or create through Yuzor.

We collect billing and transaction records needed to manage credits and subscriptions. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored directly by Yuzor.

We collect usage, log, device, browser, cookie, analytics, and security information so the service can run reliably and prevent abuse.

How we use information

We use information to provide the prompt gallery, one-click generation, generation history, media storage, credits, billing, support, safety enforcement, and product communications.

Prompts, reference media, and generation settings may be sent to AI model providers, Cloudflare services, storage providers, and other infrastructure providers when needed to complete a request.

We may use aggregated or de-identified usage data to understand trends, improve product quality, and protect the service.

Sharing and retention

We share information with vendors that help us operate Yuzor, including hosting, storage, analytics, email, authentication, payment, abuse prevention, and AI generation providers.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate abuse, or as part of a business transfer.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Yuzor, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce policies, and maintain backups or security logs.

Your choices

You can update account information, delete certain saved assets, and manage generation history where the product provides controls.

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal information. Some requests may be limited by legal, security, billing, or technical requirements.
